TOMY's 2013 Annual Report won the Platinum award in the Consumer Consumables class and ranked 19th overall in the world by the 2012/13 LACP Vision Awards

The Annual Report 2013 (in English) of TOMY Company, Ltd. (hereafter “TOMY”; President & CEO: Kantaro Tomiyama/Head Office: Katsushika-ku, Tokyo) has won the Platinum award (first place) in the Consumer Consumables class of the 2012/13 Vision Awards Annual Report Competition announced by the League of American Communications Professionals (hereafter “LACP”). Although there were entries from more than 6,000 companies across all classes, TOMY’s Annual Report not only came top in its class but also ranked 19th overall in the world.

LACP was established in 2001 in America in order to facilitate discussion of best-in-class practices within the public relations industry while also recognizing and publicizing those in the industry who demonstrate exemplary communications capabilities. The Vision Awards held by LACP, the world’s largest general set of competitions for corporate communication tools, have been running since 2001.

TOMY’s award-winning Annual Report, “The Winning Game,” was highly acclaimed not only for its cover design, which vibrantly demonstrates the originality characteristic of toy companies, but also for such features as the creativity of its contents, its reader-friendly structure, and its comprehensive supplementary financial section.
TOMY will continue working to provide easily understandable corporate information to shareholders and investors.
