なってから3年の時が経ち、
世界は表面的な平穏を取り戻していた。
しかし、それはより強力なモンスターの
現れる序章に過ぎなかった。
新たに現れたモンスターたちの圧倒的な力の前に武装の変更のみでは
太刀打ちできず、
やむなく移住を強いられる
地域も生まれた。
人々は“アイルー”たちと協力し、
ゾイドを骨格から徹底的に
改造することで、もはや別種と呼べる
対モンスター特化型の
ゾイドを生み出した。
より強力なモンスターを狩るため、
ゾイド乗りは新たな“対モンスター専用ゾイド”を駆る。

The year 21XX.
Three years have passed since monsters strayed through the gateway into the Multiverse,
resulting in the deployment of “anti-monster ZOIDS.”
The world has regained a semblance of peace. However, this was only the prelude
to the emergence of even more powerful monsters.
Faced with the overwhelming power of these new monsters, mere upgrades to existing weaponry proved insufficient, and the inhabitants of several regions were forced to evacuate.
Mankind worked together with “Felynes” to reengineer ZOIDS from the ground up,
creating monster-hunting ZOIDS so specialized that they could be considered entirely new models. ZOIDS pilots now handle these new “monster-hunting ZOIDS” to hunt even more powerful monsters.
