Eligibility	Have worked as a full-time employee at TOMY Group The reason for leaving the company is as follows: Unavoidable circumstances such as marriage, childbirth, childcare, nursing care, or a spouse's transfer Career advancement through study, study abroad, career change, etc.

Working style	Flextime system available, no core time
Treatment	The employee’s external experience, skills, work style, and performance evaluations during their previous employment will be comprehensively considered, and compensation will be individually determined based on the premise of treatment equal to or better than that during their prior tenure.
